    Track Your Stonemeld Order – Easy Steps!
    Keeping tabs on your new Stonemeld accessories (hats, belts, hair clips, and more) is a breeze—follow these simple steps to stay in the loop on your package’s journey:
    Step 1: Grab Your Tracking Number
    Once your order ships (processing time: 1–3 business days for standard accessories; 3–5 business days for handmade/limited-edition pieces), you’ll get an email with the subject “Your Stonemeld Order Has Shipped!”
    This email includes a unique tracking link and all the deets about your carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx) – click the link to dive right in!
    Can’t find the email?
    • Check your spam/junk folder (tracking emails sometimes get filtered by mistake!).
    • Log into your Stonemeld account → go to “Order History” – your tracking number will be there too.
    Step 2: Check Your Package Status
    Heads up: Tracking info might take 24–48 hours to show up in the carrier’s system (totally normal!). Here’s what common statuses mean for your accessories:
    • In Transit: Your new favorite pieces are on the move – the carrier will update the route as it travels to you.
    • Out for Delivery: Your package is scheduled to arrive TODAY – keep an eye on your mailbox, porch, or mailroom!
    • Customs Cleared (international orders): Your accessories have passed through customs and are back on track.
    • Delivered: Your order is dropped off at your shipping address – check safe spots (like under a doormat or with a neighbor) if you don’t see it right away.
    Need Help with Tracking?
    • If domestic tracking hasn’t updated in 10 business days, or international tracking in 14 business days: Email support@stonemeld.com with your order number and tracking number – we’ll reach out to the carrier to investigate.
    • If tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your accessories: Contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details (they often have extra info!). We’ll help with claims if needed.
