At Stonemeld, we want you to feel great wearing our jewelry, hair accessories, belts, hats, and everyday stylish pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns & exchanges simple, kind, and straightforward.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return window: Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery (using your tracking number).
- Item condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition — all tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories included.
Please try accessories gently, without stains, scratches, or damage.
- Non-returnable items: Final sale items, personalized/custom pieces, and limited-edition accessories are not returnable unless defective.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@stonemeld.com with:
- Your order number
- Which item you’re returning
- Reason (size, style, fit, etc.)
- We’ll reply within 24 business hours with your Return Authorization (RA) number and return label (US orders) or instructions (international).
- Pack your item safely:
- Use original packaging or protective wrapping.
- Include all original parts, tags, boxes, and dust bags.
- Write or print your RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Do not stick labels directly onto product packaging.

- Return shipping cost: You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend trackable shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse):
- We will refund the full product price to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect).
Refund times:
- Credit Card: 3–7 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 2–5 business days
You’ll get a confirmation email once processed.
4. Exchanges
We accept 30-day exchanges for:
- Different size
- Different color
- Different style (same price or different)
How to exchange:
- Note your desired replacement in your return email.
- If the new item is more expensive: you pay the difference.
- If cheaper: we refund the difference.
After inspection, we ship your new item within 1–3 business days — US exchange shipping is free.
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send photos/videos of the item + your order number.
We will:
- Cover all return shipping (domestic & international)
- Offer: full refund, free replacement, or correct item reshipment
For heavily damaged delicate accessories, we may waive the return — you may keep or discard it.
Important Notes
- Stonemeld is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
- Items that are used, damaged, missing tags, or not in original condition may be refused or charged a 20% restocking fee.
- If refused, we can send the item back to you at your cost.
